Introduction to the Organization

Tembea Youth Centre for Sustainable Development (TEMBEA) founded in 2003, registered April 2006 as a community based development organization with the department of gender and youth affairs, under the Ministry of Youth, Gender and Public services

To enhance sustainable development at grass root level through awareness creation, capacity building, advocacy on socio-economic rights, environmental conservation and climate change

TEMBEA advances empowerment, stewardship, and sustainability through four pillars: Environment, Climate Innovation, Social Rights, and Institutional Growth.
